Got my emissions done on my Excursion. It was quick and painless, and the people were friendly and helpful. Soooo much better than dealing with the other emissions testing center on N.Nevada! Thanks, guys!

Very thorough for a vehicle check up. But my oil change price increased by almost 3 times and the wait time was over what I was told. Won't be coming back to this place.

I took my jeep in to these guy's store to fix a fuel problem causing it to not start. To be honest, they did a good job of diagnosing and fixing the issue, but beware of the price! Just to get your car diagnosed cost f***ing $250-something. Everyone at the front desk was super friendly and helpful, and your mechanics did a good job, but damn your prices are outrageous. Like I said, they did a great job fixing everything... but then again my bank account is empty and my check engine light is on again.

Tho the price was higher than I expected I felt like the mechanics and service writers well courteous and attentive to what I needed done and explained what needed to be done

I want Mr. Terry L. Breese to know his front office team and service advisors and mechanics are the best, I want to especially thank Katie MacDonald, Tupou, Ken Pelles. I bought an RV at Camping world and found many problems and even though they treated Katie and your staff beyond Terrible your staff went above and beyond to take care of my wife and I and getting the repairs completed that were required. Even allowing us to stay in our RV while at your shop. I WILL and do recommend your shop and the staff to everybody at the VA and friends and family. We cannot thank them or you enough for all they have done. We wish you all A Very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. Go somewhere else!! FACTS: Needed an emissions test - it took forever, half a precious day off wasted! Said it was DMV computer issues but you could see they were inside, over & under the engine hood for some reason. If they suspected some modification to defeat the reading wish they had the courtesy to just ask me! Tested my truck several times, burning fuel and adding odometer miles. DMV paperwork has wrong license plate number, and says its had "Vehicle smoke repairs last 60 days "YES"... really! Truck's bought NEW, is 100% stock from Ford, DEF reservoir was 1/2 full, religiously changed oil & fuel/air/oil filters every 3K miles, and at 4.5 yrs old only has 19K miles! It wasn't raining - yet wipers were turned on, why? Plastic inside door/floor panel scuffed & dirty from tech dragging feet getting in/out of front seat, no protective seat cover used; no throw away floor mat used.

My 2013 Ford Fusion was taken here when Meinekie bent a valve putting in a water pump. Springs Auto assured me my vehicle would come back to me at 100% of what it was before it was broken because the had a Ford Master certified person in the shop. Well, one week after I got it back I got a check engine light again. I took it back to them and they swore up and down that the light came on because of an electrical problem and not because of any work they did. Then they want me to pay to troubleshoot the electrical issue. I said no and took it to a different mechanic here in town who said the check engine light was because of what Springs Auto did. I told Springs Auto their findings and they told me that mechanic didn't know what he was talking about. So I took it to a Ford dealership and they also agreed with the second mechanic that my check engine light had to do with the work that Springs Auto did. So I had the dealership fix springs auto's mess-up. I will never take my car back there again
