I hadn't been in a few years and naturally things do change with the both of us. I just felt that the personal care I enjoyed before was no longer there. The SRV Writer "RJ" on my invoice #89291 had my VIN, Vehicle and odometer correct, but the color and tags were wrong! I don't blame her because she knew nothing about me. But Carla and Ken were There and he assure me he would take care of everything. My car was in for its initial 30,000 mile maintenance check. There are items which recommended to be replaced, like the timing belt and brake pads. In addition I purchased Royal Purple motor oil and coolant, of the ladder which I found untouched in the trunk I can understand Ken not being able repair the spoiler. But telling "RJ" that it would take two shop hours to connect the special license plate to turn signal. Even I know that the spoiler had a third brake light, so why not wire it into the license plate? So I feel that their heart wasn't into this job. Maybe I've turned into a grumpy old man. The invoice shows very little as to the 30,000 maintenance check. I hope you understand this rating vice my usual 5 star.
