Paid them over $2300 to perform a safety inspection, replace two tires, front shocks and an a/c repair. First trip in the RV I break down in Rifle, Colorado and have broken A/C and my front stabilizer bar is completely loose and it is unsafe to drive. Pay another $1404 in Rifle to repair broken AC and make the front suspension safe to drive. What’s awful about Springs Auto and Truck is that when I reach out to discuss the issues, I am immediately told I have no coverage from them even though they admitted they should have caught the unsafe suspension during the shock replacement or the safety inspection which I paid extra for. I had my wife and two kids with me and all I get is a “sorry”. I asked to speak with the owner and apparently he doesn’t care enough to even call. I end up texting back and forth with Tyler, the service advisor while he tells me he thinks it’s unfair but there’s nothing he can do. I thought everyone should know how this business will treat you if things don’t go great with their work. I recommend reading more Yelp reviews if you still plan on using this place. I have attached the text messages with Tyler. I think he is a nice guy who works hard and means well but was ultimately never going to help me so everyone can see what happens when you have a problem with this company.

Christian, I am sorry to hear you feel this way, as previously discussed I am still willing to reimburse you for your safety inspection. The fact is, that regardless of fault for the missed sway bar bushings and/or connections, the expense would have been yours for the repaired/replaced parts whether it was at our location or another shop. (Which is what the company is standing by) Likewise with the A/C, we installed a secondary switch to power on your compressor. Had that failure occurred within our switch or wiring, repairs/towing would have been covered, however, a mechanical failure with the compressor is not covered because at the time of vehicle release, your compressor was fully operational with no signs of future failure. With that said, if any of our actual repairs had failed during your trip our coverage would have been extended to you 100% for parts, labor and towing. Further more, our conversation was left by you before we were able to reach any sort of meaningful resolution. You have my personal number, I urge you to please contact me so we can make things right. Thank you for your time. -Tyler

Excellent service and results taking care of a suspension issue and n our Kodiak travel trailer. The technician took time to explain the problem and the improvements to our trailer. Worth the money.

Rock solid service. Bought aftermarket brakes, rotors, & pads for install and had a bunch of other issues with 15 yr old F150. Springs Truck & Auto fixed/installed it all and kept me apprised of the cost at all times.

RV review - I cannot say enough wonderful things about this shop! We were in Kansas in our brand new Jayco class A when our check engine light came on. I called and Tyler said to come on in! They have full hook ups out back if you break. There’s no question they are super busy but they fit us in and their knowledge and customer service is second to none. Jonathan was amazing and showed me everything he was doing. He kept us up to date. I wished we lived near this shop. If you are having RV issues or need some maintenance this is 100% the place to come for their customer service, responsiveness and knowledge.

Thank you so much for you kind words, Mary! We appreciate your business and for trusting us in a time of need. Come and see us any time!

Springs Auto & Truck were so quick, thorough, and kind! They helped our business out faster than 3 other tow companies said they'd be able to. On a Monday....after 3pm.... The driver called when he was on site to let us know that OUR driver of the wrecked vehicle was busy speaking with the police. Springs Auto & Truck's driver went out of his way to update us when he noticed OUR driver could not. Talk about great customer service! Goodness knows, that quality of service is not commonly found these days! Incredibly nice and professional from dispatch to driver! I think my company has found our new go-to Tow Company. :) Thank you again, to the entire team at Springs Auto & Truck!!

Hi Rose, I'm sorry you felt you had to leave this type of rating for our service. I don't have anyone in our system under this name. Can you elaborate on this rating so I can review with our team please?
