I highly recommend Springs Auto and Truck due to their excellent mechanical competence, professional mechanics and customer service personnel, and personable hands-on management style. I've been a customer for about 7 years now, and through the good and bad experiences that I've had with my cars, they've taken care of me. I've used them for my daily drivers ('04 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD, '87 Jeep Cherokee and '00 Dodge Durango) as well as to fix the EFI tune on my completely modified '76 BMW 2002. Regardless the car, they have someone proficient on staff to fix it. I live 30 minutes north, yet they'll always offer to give me a ride home, let me borrow their courtesy car, or tow a car to/from anywhere in the area. I usually choose to wait though. Regardless if I'm in there for a simple oil change or a wallet lightening crate engine replacement, I always walk out of the place knowing I got what I paid for.

I have used Springs Auto for the past 10 years for minor and major repair. The labor rates are very fair and I appreciate the personal attention to detail from all levels of the organization. I am always keep informed of the maintenance progress and advised of unforeseen issues and how to address them. Always a positive experience. Highly Recommended!

We have been customers at Springs Auto and Truck for the past nine years and have had cars, trucks and campers repaired by them. I have also had Springs Auto evaluate a few cars that I was going to purchase and they saved me from purchasing a car which needed expensive repairs that I would have not discovered on my own. Our experience with Springs Auto and Truck has always been that they are very fair and honest. Edit: 4/12/2014 - I appreciate that everyone is busy - however we have had a car in for a repair for two weeks - when we were quoted one week - sometimes they are too aggressive with their estimation of how long things will take. To me it would be better to say two weeks and get it fixed early rather than say one week and then we have to ask every day if it is ready. NB: When we got the car back it was perfect - the work was great - but in my mind they just need to keep in better contact with the customer.

First let me say I bought my first RV in Feb of 2013 (2002 Win Brave) and knew nothing about a Class A RV except its big! Before I bought it I had Camping World and TransWest give it a once over and they uncovered about $800 of issues (none of which were show stoppers) all of which I decided to take care of after the sale. I took it to back to Camping World for the coach issues and they suggested Springs Auto and RV for the chassis issues. That was a great suggestion as the staff at Springs Auto did a much more thorough look at the chassis than TransWest (but in the TransWest’s defense the one close to me works diesels more than gas chassis). The Service guys at Springs Auto and RV called me and went over all they found and made suggestions as to what really needed attention (potential safety issues), what could wait, and what were options. In the end it really gave me great piece of mind that they were looking after my safety. Since that first encounter with them in Feb I have taken my unit back several times for the small repairs and even major improvements. Their knowledge of RVs and their patience in dealing with my novice knowledge has certainly helped me learn a lot in this short period of time. Since I live almost 45 miles away they have always worked with me on picking it up and dropping it off before and after hours which has certainly made my life easier since both my wife and I work. In the end, I now have an 2002 RV that rides like a dream and puts a smile on our faces when we go out and that’s at least once a month. I have only two complaints – 1) My key sometimes gets stuck in their afterhours drop, and 2) they aren’t closer to me! If you need RV work this shop not only gets it done they stand behind their work.

Not a great first impression, but the General Manager was quick to fix the issue. Being a first-time RV buyer, I brought a motorhome in for a "pre-purchase inspection" and was expecting a list of Critical/Major items that I should be concerned with IF I did decide to buy it. Instead of showing me these items, the rep came out with a 2 page list of everything that could have possibly been replaced, (normal maintenance items such as spark plugs, distributor cap, coolant flush, gas/oil filters). As soon as he started talking about the repairs, it sounded more like he was just trying to sell me something. After calling me back and giving me a very detailed explanation on the pre-inspection, the GM told me that this person was new to the position, and that everything had been straightened out. After the time Devon took to explain everything going on, he has kept my business ... I will definitely be back.

It took 2 hours to get a oil change, with an appointment. Once I had the oil change, the lady still had to do my paperwork, then I went out to my car and the technician stopped me to tell me he forgot to check my tire pressure. Then the oil filter popped out, making me call them and get it towed in to get it fixed. Then I left it over night with them to get the oil redone and the engine cleaned telling them I would be back at 8am to pick it up. I should up at 8:20a and it wasn't done. Plus they didn't clean the engine so my car smelt like oil for the next week. I have more free oild changes there, but I am not going back. The people are friendly, but obviously don't know what their doing and customer service is not their strong suite
