A++ Experience everytime!! The staff at Springs Auto and Truck are fast, friendly, and listen to your needs. Im a local business owner and bring 6+ vehicles to Springs Auto and Truck for every repair big and small. The general manager Devin is very knowledgable and has great people skills. Devin listens to your needs and explains the repairs in a language you can understand with a price that can't be beat. The tow service is very professional and takes care in hauling your vehicle, they have one of the largest shops in town so I never have to wait for a slot to open, parts and labor are always guaranteed (Parts do break and you want someone who will stand behind their work no questions asked), and they offer a lowest price guarantee which seals the deal for me. Free shuttle service when you drop off your vehicle and the location is great! They have made a lifetime customer out of me! I suggest give them a shot!!

I took my 2008 Honda CRV in for 2 new tires, an oil change, and to have a funny noise diagnosed. The service manager got me the best possible price and quality of tires, quickly diagnosed the funny noise and worked with my extended warranty contract to get the repair costs covered. They were very reliable with their shuttle service and communicated often and clearly about all of the services they performed. Their mechanics were very friendly and the shop was organized & clean! I would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat- being a single mom, I feel a little apprehensive when dealing with these kinds of issues- like someone will try to take advantage of me or something- these folks treated me very well!

One of the WORST repair shop experiences I've ever had. Brought in a vehicle to be DIAGNOSED and once they called back to tell me the cost I told them to WAIT until AFTER the holidays to decide. Because their rates were so overpriced we called up our family mechanic who was out for the holidays and he suggested he could do the work for HALF of what they estimated. We told him we'd have it taken to him first thing. When I called Springs auto and truck back (with ONLY about ten BUSINESS hours from the time the ESTIMATE was given) they had torn the vehicle apart and removed the motor WITHOUT authorization. Then had the nerve to charge $1500 for work that was NEVER OK'D. We expected to be billed for diagnostics NOT to be billed $150 an hour for unauthorized work. Needless to say we will be taking this to small claims, and the vehicle was PROMPTLY towed to a respectable repair company. Unless you enjoy mitigation and small claims court.... avoid these crooks at ALL COST (and to "help us out" they offered $200 of on a SETTLEMENT CLAIM) WHAT A JOKE!!!!

MAN I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH GREAT THINGS ABOUT THIS PLACE, THE EXPERIENCE MY WIFE AND I HAD WAS EXCELLENT, THE STAFF WAS A PLEASURE. THE GENTELMAN THAT HELP US WAS ASTONISHING VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HELPFUL. THE SERVICES WE RECIEVED WAS MORE THEN EXPECTED BUT WAS WELL WORTH THE MONEY. I WANT TO THANK RICHY FOR ALL THE HELP. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMEND THIS ESTABLISHMENT TO ANYBODY

WOW what the hell happened to this place!! Been here before but they have def run it into the ground! The women there are sooooo rude, talk trashy to the employees and are improperly dressed. The big blonde girl was wearing a T-shirt for a 5 year old and her junk was hanging out all over the place! And BEWARE of Lisa. Cusses like a sailor! And talking down to all the techs. She acted like I was an inconvenience and when I asked her to repeat herself she would get a real nasty attitude. WTH is the owner thinking letting her running the front desk! Why employ these kinds of people? They are only hurting your business. These girls def dont have your companys best interests at heart and I feel sorry for you! I want the people back that I dealt with 10 months ago. Kind to each other and helpful.

Hi J Leigh, I tried pulling up your service history so I could adequately respond to your comments. However, we have no customer with your last name in our data base. I also tried to find your full name in order to be able to search repairs performed by customers with your first name in the month prior to your review. I was only able to find two reviews you had written on repair shops, both negative and similar. I'm sorry you've experienced "rude" employees at both of these repair facilities. We take customer service very seriously and our current CSI rating (tracked through Napa) is 92.88%. Again, we are sorry you were dissatisfied with our service.

Very friendly but it took more time then we expected. I think now that we almost have a new RV. I do feel that they corrected and fixed every thing that needed to be done. We came in to have our brakes checked and the tires checked as they were six years old but had just over 30,000 miles on them. Now our brakes are fixed and we have new tires plus fluids that needed to be changed. Thank you for your concern. Bud and Beverly

These guys are TRUE gentlemen. They were amazing, I locked my keys in my car at work. They came to unlock it immediately. My Vehicle is very hard to get into and they unlocked it in under 20 minutes! They were Pro's that knew exactly what they were doing. They were so kind and overly nice I would recommend them to anyone and I will definitely be taking all of my vehicles there for repair from now on.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF LIKE US My wife took her 97 f350 in because it was leaking diesel on the top of the engine.Was told by the Ford dealership the repair would cost 250$. Went here and they did a fuel pressure test and said its the fuel pump leaking. At this point its leaking pretty badly so she decided to trust them instead of driving across town with a fuel leak on the engine.They repaired the fuel pump(supposedly) at a cost of $720+ 550$ of that in labor alone- next day we get back home to far south of pueblo and its still leaking.Wife takes it back up there and they run it for more then 45 minutes - then spend the next 2 hours working on it- my wife is told its just weak hose clamp and it was leaking from the hose. Told her that as a courtesy that they wouldn't charge her for the hose clamp or installation. They never had her sign off on the repair or approve it like there Phone line says when you call in /are on hold. When i called about it the lady i talked with had no sympathy whatsoever - no concern that there negligence could have resulted in a fire And did not have the part they replaced even after my wife expressly stated her intent to have the old broken part. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF LIKE US
