First let me say the customer service was EXCELLENT! The laddies upfront were very friendly and helpful. However, I came in to have my emissions check done (thank you for finally taking “the other guys” out of their monopoly!). I asked them to look the truck over because I was going to be driving it home soon. They did and found a bunch of stuff wrong. Not surprising on a truck with nearly 300k miles. I told them to please change the oil and I would figure out timing on the rest. The lady that called said the inspection was $50 and the oil change was $60 plus $5 for the filter. When I got there the total was $160... That math doesn’t work. Oh... the rest is labor. Not sure for what or why it wasn’t included in the price I was told but ok. Then I got in my truck and the lie washer fluid light and low coolant lights were on. So I went back inside and asked “don’t you top off fluids with an oil change?” So they took the truck back topped off the washer fluid, but couldn’t top off the coolant because “they don’t keep Dexcool or anything compatible on hand”. SERIOUSLY?!?! Then discount my oil change or SOMETHING!! That is rediculous for a shop that services trucks to not be able to put coolant in a GM vehicle! This was my first time, but I won’t be having my oil changed there again.
