This shop did the worst work of any shop I have experienced in my lifetime. I first brought in my RV because I wanted a seal on the differential changed, new wiper blades, a cracked window repaired, and a new exhaust system. When it was in their shop they said it also needed brakes. It took about a month for the work to be done. When they called that it was done I found the exhaust system had been reduced from a three inch pipe down to a 2 inch pipe after the cat and the muffler used looked to be about half the size it should be. The welds on the pipe were horrible (I'm a welder so I know what a good weld should look like). They charged for the wiper blades but I still had the old rotten ones on. I was also charged $135 for an "electronic diagnostic fee", which they said was a glitch and should not have been there. The glass replacement was done poorly. A different color sealant was used and smeared around making an ugly mess that didn't match any of the sealant on any of the other windows. I returned to have these corrected and it took almost two months for those corrections. Then when I picked it up I found it had been damaged on their lot. The right rear corner was dented, there was a long scratch and a gouge of several inches in the fiberglass body. Also, their fix for the bad window sealant was to scrape some of the black goo off then cover it with clear sealant (which still allowed you to see the black mess underneath). . Again I returned for them to correct the issue. The dent in the metal was repaired, but their fix for the damaged fiberglass was go cover it with gobs of yellow epoxy that didn't match the color of the RV. In all the RV was at their shop for almost 5 months and I had to return with it twice for them to correct their poor workmanship. I still need to crawl underneath and verify they did the brakes and seal I had it in for, because I don't trust that they do a quality job.
